Founded by Korean nonbinary designer Zan Hyan Song and based in Berlin, ASTERISK is a living reflection of movement, transformation, and inner states made visible. It exists in the space between opposites: rawness and refinement, ancient charm and futuristic edge, fragility and resilience.

Each piece is both a meditation and a memory, shaped slowly by hand, born from stillness, yet carrying traces of time, experience, and emotion. The organic forms draw from nature, fluid identity, and subconscious landscapes, reshaped into jewelry that feels alive.

The design language is ever-evolving. Some pieces are delicate and fluid, others bold and raw. This contrast mirrors shifting emotional states, environments, and inner worlds. ASTERISK does not confine itself to one aesthetic; it expands, contracts, transforms.

The name itself  ‘*’  symbolizes this philosophy. The asterisk radiates outward in multiple directions yet remains centered. Every creation may take a different shape, but they are all connected — reflections of one continuous self, expressed in many forms.
